REQUIREMENTS FOR GUIDED TOUR AND RENTALS

1. Complete and sign Liability Waiver.  Any operator or passenger under the age of 18 must have parent sign Liability Waiver.  If parent is not present, Waiver must be completed in advance.

2. Complete and sign Rental Contract.  Must have a valid credit card and driver’s license present at the time of rental.

3. Must wear a helmet. (provided)

4. Must wear eye protection. (provided)

5. Must wear gloves. (provided)

6. Must wear long pants.

7. Must have a drivers license or learners permit to ride on public roadways, this includes Forest Roads. 

8. No riding double on public roadways with ATV’s that are designed for one person.

9. Stay on existing roads and trails.  No “boon docking”.

10. Horseplay is not tolerated.  Rides are conducted in the backcountry a fair distance from emergency services.  Any rider engaging in horseplay will become a passenger on a guide machine.

Minimum of two machines for a guided ride.

We are an Authorized Permit Holder for guided tours on the Bitterroot National Forest

A $20.00 mandatory liability insurance charge per rider is included in these rates.  Liability Insurance coverage is $25,000.00 per person Bodily Injury, $50,000.00 per accident Bodily Injury and $10,000.00 Property Damage.

You are responsible for all damage to the Vehicle, including the cost of repair, or the actual cash retail value of the Vehicle on the date of the loss, if the Vehicle is not repairable or if we elect not to repair it. You are responsible for theft of the Vehicle, loss of use, diminished value of the Vehicle caused by damage to it or repair of it, and a reasonable charge to cover our administrative expenses connected with any damage claim, whether or not you are at fault.

Optional Collision Damage Waiver w/$800.00 deductible: $20.00.  Damage to the ATV will not be waived if the damage to the vehicle is a result of your willful, wanton or reckless act.  Refer to rental contract for complete details.  Available on guided rides only.  

Extra Rider on X2 ATV: add $120.00 to below prices

ATV RENTAL POLICY & RATES

Rental machines may be picked up at 9:00 am and must be returned by 6:00 pm. Machines delivered by BITTERROOT ADVENTURES can be delivered to designated areas by 10:00 am and must be available to be picked up by 4:00 pm. There is a $30 per hour late charge for each machine returned after the above designated times.
